Balanzoni 3" - Great for larger Tortelloni, Triangole, Caramelle & Sopressini
Tortellini 1.24" - The classic for large production Tortellini, also perfect for smaller Sopressini in brodo.
Pappardelle 1" - Cut long, precise width noodles

Everything about this product is great, but for its journey to destination which was no fault of vendor. Recipient loved it as the gift it was intended.
Good quality product that is holding up well to regular use. It also puts a neat spiral pattern on the finished bread, which was an unexpected bonus.

This is a BEAUTIFUL fluted brass wheel and burl handle pasta cutter. It rolls smooth and straight. The handle is not only beautiful but comfortable in my hand. This cutter has a nice weight to it.
