These boards are made TO ORDER, and very popular, allow up to 6-12 weeks processing time. If this is a time sensitive item, please reach out prior to ordering.
Just what's needed to get started with homemade pasta & pastry! Existing kitchen countertops and most tables just don't cut it. This tagliere board is plus sized to give yourself the room needed. Made from solid Poplar, this is not some cheap piece of plywood. Non slip feet underneath, to keep weight even and still.
The board has a lip on the front to catch your existing counter/table top. The surface is left with some 'bite', to give resistance to the dough while stretching. Finished with a light cutting board oil, it will not absorb moisture unevenly, which can cause unfinished boards to warp.
Boards are 1.25" thick, for long term strength and durability. Strategically laminated with a "strongback" and sides, keeping it flat over it's lifetime. The smallest board is 20 pounds, and the largest up to 50 pounds.

Shipping from Canada to the States was easy. Item quality is great. Kids purchased item as a Mother's Day gift. Used first time the day after. The attached photo is from her second attempt. She is in love with the item. For those with a kitchenmaid: the pasta is from the pasta roller attachment. the shorter rolling pin works great for this.

This is a BEAUTIFUL fluted brass wheel and burl handle pasta cutter. It rolls smooth and straight. The handle is not only beautiful but comfortable in my hand. This cutter has a nice weight to it. This is a solid pasta cutter, beautifully crafted and is definitely heirloom quality! I highly recommend this shop!
