Made from hard eastern maple. Use it to make gnocchi, malloreddus, cavatelli, capunti, garganelli & more! Variety is the spice of life, and pasta. Includes a pair of matching mini mattarellos (rolling pins) for making garganelli, rigatoni and other hollow noodles. All wrapped up in a linen storage case.

Everything about this product is great, but for its journey to destination which was no fault of vendor. Recipient loved it as the gift it was intended.

This is a BEAUTIFUL fluted brass wheel and burl handle pasta cutter. It rolls smooth and straight. The handle is not only beautiful but comfortable in my hand. This cutter has a nice weight to it.
